Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with valid receipt.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
No receipt = No return.
Golf Clubs & Equipment
New clubs must be unhit and in new condition to be eligible for return.
Any club or equipment that shows signs of use (including ball marks, turf contact, or wear) is not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not offer “trial” or “demo-style” returns on purchased equipment.
Used clubs must be returned in same condition as purchase with a 14-day return window.
Used club returns will be in-store credit only. Limit: 1 return per club type per 30 days.
Apparel & Footwear
Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors (including smoke or deodorant marks).
Footwear must be returned unused, clean, and in original packaging.
Items not meeting these standards will be refused.
Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
New item returns will be returned to the original payment method.
Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
All clearance or discounted merchandise
Custom or special-order items (including custom-fit clubs)
Gift cards
